All Smart Power Electric Bikes customers are protected by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA).
Under the CGA, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your product:

Returns for Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
