eBike Shipping

All eBikes include free shipping nationwide, covering both the North Island and South Island.

• No additional freight charges apply
• Delivery is available to both urban and rural addresses

Accessories Shipping

Shipping rates for accessories are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location:

North Island

• Urban: $12.50
• Rural: $15.00

South Island

• Urban: $15.00
• Rural: $18.00

Delivery Timeframes

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
• Delivery timeframes vary depending on location:
  • North Island: 2–5 business days
  • South Island: 3–7 business days

Rural deliveries may take slightly longer.
