At Smart Power Electric Bikes, we stand behind the quality and reliability of every bike we sell. Our warranty is designed to give you confidence and peace of mind with your purchase.

3-Year Frame Warranty
Your bike frame is built to last. We provide a 3-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects in the frame under normal use. This ensures the core structure of your bike remains strong, safe, and dependable.

2-Year Battery & Motor Warranty
The battery and motor are the heart of your e-bike. These key components are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults. This includes issues affecting performance, function, or reliability when used as intended.

1-Year Components Warranty
All other components are covered by a 1-year warranty. This includes items such as the display screen, controller, brakes, and other electrical and mechanical parts. We’ll repair or replace any components found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects.

Important Notes

This warranty applies to normal use and does not cover:

• General wear and tear (e.g. tyres, brake pads, chains)
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
• Improper assembly, servicing, or modifications
• Water damage or exposure beyond recommended conditions

Making a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue, simply get in touch with our team with your proof of purchase and details of the problem. We’ll assess the issue and arrange repair or replacement as quickly as possible to get you back on the road.
